UK Customer Experience Awards

These are the only awards of their kind in the whole of the UK. There were over 100 brands that made it as finalists including Barclays Bank, Tesco, Virgin Money, easyJet, and British Gas. TripAdvisor won in the category of “Best Customer Experience – CRM.” Our consultants played key roles in delivering the CRM content for TripAdvisor email campaigns.
